RRCMS is a simple CMS (Content Management System) framework. RRCMS is a simple CMS (Content Management System) framework.This is a framework so you can easily manage your website, by separating the actual content from the whole look and feel. This framework is written using css and is XHTML1.0 Transitional - care will need to be taken when adding the content so that it remains compliant. This system REQUIRES a web server running PHP and mod_rewrite - that is all - no database is needed.The whole system is very basic, and in it consists of 1 small php file, an .htaccess file, 1 CSS file, content files (1 for each page) and NAV file (sub-navigation menu to the right hand side).
